Sims 2 minimized?

Hi! So my computer just got updated to Windows 10. And when I try to play The Sims 2 (ultimate collection) it starts running, but minimized. (I can see it's working because the loading video plays) And there is no way I can open the window and use the game. I've tried both full sreen and windowed mode. Any idea of what I could do?
